ABG currently owns more than 50 brands and reaches nearly one billion social media followers worldwide. The company also works with more than 1,700 licensing partners across over 150 countries and generates more than $36 billion in annual retail sales globally.
Through this partnership, ABG will further strengthen its growth strategy in digital commerce. Flywheel, which manages more than $10 billion in retail media investments across over 400 digital marketplaces, will support ABG through advertising management, performance analytics, and marketplace strategy.
As online marketplaces such as Amazon continue to evolve into critical channels for both brand discovery and purchasing, the two companies aim to enhance brand visibility, create new sales opportunities, and improve search performance and conversion rates through retail media strategies, advertising optimization, and data-driven insights.
