Tilbury’s achievements are built on a 34-year career spanning editorial work, advertising campaigns, runway shows, haute couture presentations, and red-carpet events.

In 2020, she led a strategic partnership with Puig, the Spanish beauty and fashion group, helping secure a valuation exceeding £1 billion and further accelerating the brand’s global expansion.

Throughout her career, Tilbury has received more than 600 industry awards. She was previously appointed a Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE) in 2018.
